A MULTIDISCIPLINARY STUDIO IN WANDSWORTH
Our studio is on Old York Road, just a moments walk from Wandsworth Town Station. It is split on two levels, one for strength, conditioning and rehabilitation and one functional movement zone all full of the latest fitness equipment. We also have two amazing private treatment rooms ready for your appointments.

I found London Massage via a fitness trainer. Always a good sign when coaches decide to use a specific place for physio. It’s more than just simply physio – they look after you. I’ve had two sessions with Hannah who was excellent from start to finish. Explained everything that was happening – prepared me for muscles that would bring discomfort. And provided extra information via email on exercises. Instantly felt better. Highly recommend. Also excellent facilities for pt and mobility.

6 months agoI saw the amazing Louise for a sports massage that was MUCH needed all over, but also included some targeted work on a slightly injured calf which really reassured me. So is not only very talented but also ‘gets’ the frustrations of injury and lack of movement, and had so much helpful advice and tips for rehab. I’m going back next week!

4 months agoI can’t recommend Hannah enough! Her knowledge and expertise are incredible. Her approach to sports therapy, massages and acupuncture have really helped my training and everyday wellbeing (I’m sat at a laptop all day and my posture is awful). Unlike other sports massages, she explains everything and goes above and beyond to send material to help at home. I have been going weekly for a few weeks and it makes a great difference.
