Mark blends hands-on therapy with mindful movement to help people move, feel, and perform at their best. After changing career paths during lockdown, he found his way into sports massage and quickly realised the impact of helping people reconnect with their bodies through therapeutic bodywork and movement. Around the same time, his own yoga practice began to take shape, sparking an interest in how yoga can support recovery, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
Now combining a range of modalities — from dry cupping and needling to joint mobilisation, stretching, and movement-based rehab, Mark takes a whole-body approach to treatment. His curiosity focuses on bridging the gap between hands-on therapy and mindful movement, helping clients cultivate freedom, confidence, and awareness in how they move through life.
Mark works with runners, gym-goers, and everyday movers who want to build resilience, restore balance, and create long-term ease in how their bodies feel and function.
