- Session – You will begin your personalised corrective exercise program, with your coach guiding you through each exercise to ensure safe and effective performance.
- Aftercare – You’ll receive a tailored home exercise program and practical advice to support your recovery and help prevent future injuries.
Our recommendations
The journey to pain-free movement takes time, but consistent sessions combined with home rehab and manual therapy can accelerate your recovery safely and effectively. For faster results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week.
