Please note that we operate a 24-hour cancellation fee. We kindly ask that you consider our practitioners’ time by providing at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For all first-time appointments, a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. You may cancel or amend your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of your deposit.
All appointments booked online are the client’s responsibility, including any booking errors. For any same-day changes, please contact the clinic by phone so we can assist you as best as possible.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to make exceptions at its discretion.
