  • Assessment – If needed, we may check posture, range of motion, or areas of muscle tension to identify the root of the problem.
  • Targeted Massage Techniques – Using firm, focused pressure, your therapist works into deeper muscle layers and soft tissues. Techniques may include deep tissue massage, stretching, and trigger point release.
  • Personalised Focus – The session can target specific problem areas (such as neck, shoulders, or lower back) or be applied as a full-body treatment.
  • Immediate Relief & Recovery – Many clients feel looser and more mobile straight away. Some temporary muscle soreness is normal due to the intensity of the treatment.

How frequently should I be getting a deep tissue massage?
