Joe is an experienced personal trainer and sports massage therapist. He started out 7 years ago working in the fitness industry, helping clients to achieve their goals, before finding his way into sports massage therapy. His belief is that the combination of hands on treatment and tailored strength & Conditioning is key to injury rehabilitation & prevention. Hands on treatment to relieve the pain in the first phase. Followed by focused strength work in the second and third phase to get you back to being pain free.
Joe works with people from all walks of life, helping them to move better and feel better with a holistic approach to fitness goals and injury rehabilitation.
