Our sport and fitness studio in Clapham has been caring for clients for several years. We are fully qualified to carry out your initial assessment and create a strategy best suited for your individual needs. We are passionate about our clients overall well being and together we can create a plan of action to help your body recover from injury.

Our sports therapy service is certified to use various hands-on techniques to help you overcome your sporting injuries. Some of our remedial methods include; 

Dry needling 

The technique involves several fine, filiform needles inserted into the skin. They are used on trigger points in muscles and tissues, to help relieve pain.

Myofascial cupping

To help increase blood flow and aid recovery, glass or plastic cups are placed on certain points of the body. The process lifts the skin and draws blood to the area, helping inflammation. 

Electrotherapy/ultrasound 

Small electrical pulses are used to repair tissue damage and stimulate blood flow to injured muscles. Ultrasound therapy uses sound waves to help speed up the recovery process.

Joint mobilisations

Soft tissue around the joints can be injured. Therapy techniques are used to relieve any pain and discomfort.
